Christmas in Dixie - Fingerstyle Guitar Solo  Sample  Lesson Sample 

In this all-audio lesson you will learn a fingerstyle solo arrangement of Alabama's Christmas standard "Christmas in Dixie." This arrangement captures the best of the pop country feel of the band while bringing modern fingerstyle rhythms and jazz based chords. 

This lesson is taught completely "By Ear" using no print, tab or video. When you learn "By Ear" you memorize the song as you go while at the same time developing you ability to pick out other songs "By Ear."

The lesson starts with a complete demonstration of the arrangement that you can use to listen to and practice along with. After that the song is taught in two to four measure sections without the use of print or video. Every string, fret and finger are described as well as any performance techniques. Each track of the lesson teaches a two to four measure section of the song so it is easy to navigate through the recording and pick up where you left off.
