This late beginner level solo is based upon the Stephen Foster standard of the same name. This arrangement adds in some typical jazz chords at the end to give a touch of the modern to this mostly traditional arrangement. When you learn "By Ear" you memorize the song as you go while at the same time developing you ability to pick out other songs "By Ear."

The lesson starts with a complete demonstration of the arrangement that you can use to listen to and practice along with.
