Intro to the Guitar for the Visually Impaired   

Course Sample

This four cassette/CD or Downloadable course teaches the basics of the guitar including :

 Holding and tuning the guitar;

The D, G, A7, E7, Bm7, Em, C, B7, D7 and F chords;

The Rock Strum, Bluegrass and Waltz rhythm patterns;

And all of the notes in first position.

 

While doing this you will learn the songs:

"Amazing Grace," "In the Garden," "Silver Bells,"

"I'll Fly Away," "Mountain Dew," "Rocky Top,"

“Jingle Bells,” "America the Beautiful," "Buffalo Gals,"

"Oh Danny Boy" and "G Boogie."

 

There are over 20 recorded tracks for you to listen to and play along with. The Guitar by Ear lesson "If" is also included which will teach you the actual finger-picking guitar part to this 70's soft rock ballad. Included with the course is a toll free guitar tuning hot-line. Now anyone can learn to play the guitar; even if they are blind or visually impaired!
